The guys at this bike shop are always helpful. I have purchased a fair amount of stuff there and been very pleased with everything.
My wife bought a brand new Felt last year and loves it! The guys are great and always super helpful. They know what they are doing.
Terrible customer service, rude employees, untimely turn around rate. My boyfriend and I came to this shop due to it being close to where we live to get his tire replaced and seat changed. The bolt holding his tire on was stripped but could be taken off quite easily as we found out later at gung-ho bike shop in York. We came in on Friday. We were told they would be done making these replacements over the weekend, so we come back on Monday. Walked into the shop to two employees talking behind the register and his bike untouched in the same spot he left it. My boyfriend finally gets their attention after a few minutes of being ignored and questions the employee about his bike. The employee claimed they were busy and could not get to the bike. So my boyfriend asks when they can have it done to which he could not get a straight answer. Finally Friday was agreed upon and my boyfriend exclaimed that he will be quite pissed off if it's not done by then as it was supposed to be done today and we were not called and told otherwise. To which the employee asks if he is being threatened, swears at my boyfriend and calls my boyfriend a dick. My already upset boyfriend was STILL going to give them his business until I told him to take the bike with is because that was unacceptable behavior for anyone especially an employee to exhibit. So we take the bike and my boyfriend tells him he was not threatening him. We leave and head on over to gung-ho bikes in York, they changed his tire and seat in 20 minutes with perfect customer service and will now be getting all of our business and will be recommended to everyone we know. I'd highly suggest skipping this bike shop unless you want to be treated poorly and given the run around on when your bike will be fixed.
I recently bought a bike here. They were very helpful and took time to explain the pros and cons of the different bikes I was looking at. Plus, the bike I bought was on sale and cheaper than even the best price I could find online.
Purchased a Felt bicycle in September. Very helpful staff answered all my questions. Reasonable prices. Andy took time to get me properly fitted to my first road bike. Yes, I would buy there again.
